WeWoreWhat Launches Swimwear Capsule with Onia

Danielle Bernstein, the blogger behind WeWoreWhat, launched a capsule collection with swimwear designer, Onia, this morning. The collection includes three styles – two bikinis and a one piece – in classic patterns like vertical stripes, gingham, and polka dots, as well as solid colors like black and peach. Suits range in price from $195 for a one piece swimsuit to $95 for a bikini top or bottom. The collection is now available on Onia’s website and will be available in Intermix stores starting in June. According to her instagram, Bernstein has worked with Onia before and designed a capsule collection with them back in 2015 “and it went so well that we decided to do it again and this time it’s even better.” Bernstein previewed the collection on a trip to Tulum, Mexico in March of this year on her Instagram where the collection was shot by photographer Jeff Thibodeau.

Bernstein is no stranger to designing. She is the creator of Second Skin Overalls (recently rebranded as SSO by Danielle), a clothing brand specializing in overalls and jumpsuits, and Archive Shoes, which launched in November of 2016. She joins other bloggers-turned-designers like Chriselle Lim, who launched a collection of dresses and separates with brand JOA in March, and Julia Engel, who launched her own brand of dresses called Gal Meets Glam Collection in April.
